All deposits/ payments/ packages paid are all non refundable. The clinic requires 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment .Should you not give this notice or fail to show for the appointment you will lose your payment. If you are late for an appointment you will only receive the allocated time left for the appointment you will not be entitled to the full treatment time. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. After 6 months the gift voucher is no longer valid and can no longer be redeemed. Gift vouchers are non refundable.
